For bulk orders with standard models without customization, the lead time can be shortened to 12–20 working days. The exact schedule will be confirmed to you based on order quantity and customization details.

Our standard MOQ for regular in-stock keyboard, mouse, headset, speaker and power bank models is 500 units per model. If you need custom logo printing, customized colors or structural changes, the MOQ will be adjusted to 1000 pcs per item. We can negotiate the MOQ flexibly for mixed bulk orders covering multiple different products.

Yes, we support multiple logo processing methods for keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers and power banks. Silk screen printing, laser engraving, embossing and full-color UV printing are all available. You just need to provide your AI/PDF logo file, and we will make pre-production samples for your confirmation before mass production. Small logo customization is acceptable upon negotiation.

Absolutely. We can open new injection molds according to your exclusive structural design and appearance drawings for keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers and power banks.

We will first evaluate the mold cost, production cycle and sample lead time after receiving your design documents (3D files or detailed renderings). Once the mold is finished, we will send out prototype samples for your approval before mass production. The ownership of the newly developed mold belongs exclusively to you.

We provide a 12-month warranty for all our keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers and power banks. For quality defects caused by production, we will arrange free replacement or supply spare parts in the next bulk shipment. We offer long-term technical support and rapid response to solve any product problems after delivery.
